Sono consulente e trainer di business agility, focalizzato nell’aiutare i singoli, i team e le aziende ad adottare nuovi modi di lavorare per la realizzazione del valore aziendale.Ho solido background tecnico avendo lavorato per oltre 30 anni nell’IT come Sviluppatore, System Integrator e Responsabile delle Operazioni IT.

Sono un Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), un Kanban Trainer Accreditato (AKT) e un practitioner del Training from the BACK of the Room.
Sono anche l’organizzatore di “Agile Talks”, la più grande comunità agile attiva di Roma (Italia), creata per aiutare le persone a colmare il divario di conoscenza agile. Ho tenuto conferenze e workshop in eventi pubblici nel Regno Unito e in Italia.

I’m a business agility consultant and trainer, focused on helping individuals, teams and businesses to adopt new ways of working on realising business value.

I have a strong technical background having worked for over 30 years in IT as Developer, System Integrator and IT Operations Manager.
I’m a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) and a practitioner of Training from the BACK of the Room!.
I’m also the organiser of “Agile Talks”, the largest active agile community in Roma (Italy), created for helping people to bridge the agile knowledge gap. I delivered several talks and workshops in public events in UK and Italy.
I’m a freelance contractor.
